Position Summary

The Senior Campaign Manager is positioned to be the main point of contact for day-to-day management of client business. He/She collaborates closely with Agency media team and clients to lead campaign planning and strategy for assigned clients/brands.Sr. Campaign manager role is to build first class online media campaigns to deliver against clients objectives. We are looking for a seasoned media professional who can combine the best of traditional digital planning with cutting edge Cadreon’s audience market place solution

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage overall audience market media buys and optimizations, ensuring performance meets or exceeds campaign goals for the assigned clients

2. Educate, promote, sell and manage campaigns with the Agency media teams and clients

3. Manage overall Audience market place solution education efforts within Agency teams

4. Ensure campaigns meet minimum margin requirements

5. Interpret campaign performance, including media, creative, landing page, while providing creative insights and solutions to meet campaign challenges

6. Reconcile campaign activity between media team and Publisher Services team

7. Identify client‐centric publishers for recruitment and network inclusion

8. Identify and collaborate with the product team to develop new enhancements or products



Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• A master media strategist with the ability to develop creative media methods to deliver audiences and campaign performance

• Must be able to interpret and draw relevant insight from research resources such as Media Metrix, Simmons, @Plan, MRI, and other media planning and buying tools as well as from non-syndicated sources.

• A strong customer service mentality; Senior level client negotiation and management experience with the ability to write clearly and to make lively, imaginative but substantive presentations.

• Excellent presentation, writing and communication skills.

• Ability to define set of KPIs for campaign including Cost per Engagement models. Working knowledge of online performance tracking and brand measurement tools as well as leading edge media target profiling technology.

• Development of spending strategies, keyword group structures, success metrics, and portfolio management

• Process oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.

• An independent, reliable person who is capable of running with a project, but willing to seek guidance as needed

• Ability to troubleshoot technology incompatibilities or other ad network technology issues
